Bulgar Wheat 100g
A long-standing form of cracked whole-wheat. It has an excellent taste and is good nutritionally. Bulgar has been steamed already, so cooks faster. Use one cup of Bulgar to two cups of water, bring to the boil and simmer gently for 15 - 20 minutes. Before serving, fluff with fork and season to taste.
